A more involved conversation than usual. More input than usual. I still feel the care issues are not being addressed-ie impact of autism on current MH.

Staff member was very clear in his questions. Made a point to talk through each individual aspect.

Improve the service as a whole. I have been in crisis team 4 times and keep being offered the same treatment which I find unhelpful. Unwilling to meet my needs. No middle ground treatment available.

A comfortable setting/ tone was set very quickly and my brother was able to speak openly Daniel was heard and understood and options prescribed to him.
